• Digital Imagery & Model Releases: High-resolution photographs captured during booked sessions, along with digital likeness consent authorizations executed via our on-set release form.
• Technical & App Diagnostics: Standard non-personally identifiable diagnostic telemetry (such as device OS version and crash reports) to maintain application stability and performance.

3. Strict Zero Data Sale Guarantee

SIMBAPHOTOGRAPHY LLC never sells, rents, licenses, trades, or discloses client contact information, personal data, or private photo galleries to third-party marketing companies, advertisers, data aggregators, or automated brokers.

4. Private VIP Proofing & Cloud Storage Security

Client proofs and media deliverables are protected using enterprise-grade encryption (TLS/SSL in transit and AES-256 at rest). Client galleries are access-controlled via private passkeys. We retain client production archives in encrypted cloud storage for a minimum of twelve (12) months following project completion.

Our services and applications are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. Any photography of minors is conducted strictly with the written on-set consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
